Not long ago, Russian-speaking leftists in Germany came out on May Day in Cologne and marched in a column as part of a trade union demonstration.
Among the slogans were calls for international solidarity and the fight against capitalism in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries. We also raised at the event the problems of Russian political prisoners, such as Anton Orlov, Boris Kagarlitsky, Daria Kozyreva, those involved in the network case and others.
This May Day has become a frontier for our activism. Our organisation is now announcing a more public stage of its activity. Now we not only hold various events, but we want the CIS leftists to know that they have support; we want the leftists and ordinary EU citizens to know that there is a left-wing opposition in the CIS.
We intend to continue our work in the public field and we ask for your informational support. We want as many Russian-speaking EU leftists as possible to know that there is a Russian-speaking left-wing organisation in Germany that stands on internationalist positions.
If you live in Germany or another EU country and want to co-operate with us – write to us on the bot: t.me/RLeftA_bot
Long live international solidarity!
Freedom for Russia and Ukraine from capital!
